biography
Nancy Painter joined our team in 2005 and has been a critical part of our rapid growth. With an 18-year career in recruiting nonprofit, corporate and financial services executives, she has been an invaluable asset to our clients. Her diverse experience includes establishing a professional recruiting and staffing division for Westaff, management of an executive search consulting practice and development of grassroots political campaigns.
Nancy has served a broad range of clients including performing and visual arts organizations, environmental groups, social services and public policy organizations, foundations, and healthcare organizations. She is an active parent volunteer in Walnut Creek schools and sports organizations. Nancy has developed grassroots political campaigns, and served as a delegate to the California Democratic Convention and as co-chair of 15th Assembly District Committee.
Nancy graduated with highest honors with a Bachelor of Arts degree from San Francisco State University.
