As the CEO and Founder of O’Neill Consulting Group, I lead a global client-centered executive search firm that intersects clients’ need for talent with candidate aspirations. I have ownership of not only the firm’s strategic direction and aggressive growth, but also the ultimate satisfaction of every client. My team finds people who can have immediate impact – and staying power – in less time.

I try to lead with purpose, focusing on both success and significance. That means using my time and talent to make a real difference in people's lives and making this world of ours just a little better.

Most often, we are engaged by client companies who are undergoing extraordinary transformations or expansions. We provide counsel for C-suite and Senior Executives including roles such as CEO, CFO, COO, CHRO, CTO/CIO, GM, EVP, SVP, VP, Director, etc.

More personally, I am the married father of four school-aged children, president of the parish council for Saint Thomas More Catholic Parish, and have been honored to serve on a number of not-for-profit boards. I have competed in three “Half-Ironman” triathlons and enjoy boating, recreational fishing, and skiing.
