biography
Sandy O'Neal is the founder and senior executive search consultant at Encore Executive Search. She is a designated as a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) by the National Association of Personnel Services.
Throughout her career, she has completed assignments and direct placements exclusively in the plastics and chemical industry. Assignments have been fulfilled with companies such as BASF, Dow Chemical, Stepan, Ciba, TRI Princeton, Petroferm, Sealy, JM Huber and McIntyre Group.
Sandy is currently a member of the Society of Plastics Engineers (SPE), the American Chemical Society (ACS), and the Federation of Societies for Coatings Technology (FSCT). She also holds Master of Science degree in Management from Troy State University.
Prior to launching Encore Executive Search, Sandy worked as an Executive Search Consultant for Ropella & Associates, a major search firm working exclusive in the chemical industry. Prior to Ropella & Associates, Sandy work with Management Recruiters of Pensacola recruiting exclusively in injection molded plastics.
