biography
Mikael has over 20 years experience of qualified work within Human Relations. He joined Amrop in 2008. He has held several executive positions during his career. 1995 he was the co-founder of the Nordic search company “Sale Search” and was responsible for the business in Denmark, Finland and Norway. In recent years Mikael has combined management and leadership consulting with board assignments and operational assignments, most recently as Human Resource Director at AcadeMedia, a public company listed in Sweden. Mikael has worked with recruiting assignments within all types of businesses during his many years as a search consultant. At Amrop Mikael is focusing on assignments to the industrial-, and professional services sectors, but also on HR assignments within all other lines of businesses. He has also vast experience of recruitment and advisory to family owned companies. Mikael holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management.
