biography
Sharon is a Partner and Co-Leader of the Financial Services Practice of Amrop Knightsbridge. Her executive recruiting experience spans over 25 years and includes assignments across Canada and internationally. She previously ran her own successful search firm and prior to that was with another major search firm, the Caldwell Partners, for over 14 years. Sharon concentrates on recruiting senior executives in the financial services and consumer focused sectors. She has a particular wealth of experience in the Insurance, Banking, Mutual Fund, Investment, Consumer Durable and Retail Sectors. Selected past clients have included many Fortune 500 companies through to smaller, entrepreneurial businesses. Sharon graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Commerce degree. She also obtained a certificate in French Language studies from La Sabranenque. Sharon participates in several associations including Women in Capital Markets. She is an avid golfer and is happily married with one son.
