biography

Mona Neagoe is a Partner and Country Manager for Romania at Pedersen & Partners. Ms Neagoe joined Pedersen & Partners in 2005 and since then, she has completed over 100 successful projects within the private equity, financial services, consulting, technology, FMCG, pharma and manufacturing sectors in Romania, Bulgaria, Ukraine and Hungary. Ms. Neagoe is based in Bucharest and oversees Moldova and Serbia. Previously, she worked for ten years with Ernst & Young / Andersen where she started and led the Human Capital Advisory Practice for Andersen and later Ernst & Young in Romania.

Mona Neagoe graduated from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest. In addition to her native Romanian, she speaks fluent English.
