Mariano Natale

Mariano has proven experience of over 15 years in top-level executive search. He was Vice President and Partner of Korn Ferry International, where he specialized in executive recruitment in the areas of advanced technology, telecommunications and financial services for major multinational corporations in Argentina as well as in several countries in the region. His prior professional career includes over 10 years in management consulting activities in Smith & Williamson International and Coopers & Lybrand (today PricewaterhouseCoopers), having achieved strong experience in the analysis, diagnosis and design of administrative structures, and their integration into the decision support systems for top level management. Mariano has a Bachelor degree in Economic Sciences from Universidad de Buenos Aires, with postgraduate studies in Technology at Universidad de Belgrano. He speaks Spanish and English.
