Antonio Joaquim Motta Carvalho is one of Amrop Panelli Motta Cabrera’s Founding Partners. Prior to the establishment of Panelli Motta Cabrera in 1975, Mr. Motta worked as an auditor at Arthur Andersen at the beginning of his career. He also worked for six years at a Brazilian executive search company as a consultant. Since 1969, he has worked as an Executive Search Consultant and as a generalist, focusing on filling C-level positions in the following sectors: B2C, B2B, agribusiness, life sciences and industries. Mr. Motta has Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Faculdade de Economia São Luiz (São Luis School of Economics - Sao Paulo), having concluded an extension course in Business Administration at the University of Southern California (USA).
