Victoria Molenkamp is a Research Analyst at Per Ardua with a focus on supporting assignments across Financial Services – specifically working within the Insurance, Asset Management and Consumer Financial Services practice areas. She joined from a Boutique search firm where she was a Researcher. Prior to joining Per Ardua, Victoria studied at Durham University where she graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Psychology.
