Giuseppe Milito is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Stones International, IIC Partner's member firm in Hong Kong. From 2005 to 2008, Giuseppe served as the Practice Leader, Consumer & Retail of IIC Partners. His successful track record in placing CEOs, senior functional executives and technical specialists in the Fashion & Luxury and Automotive industries spans Asia Pacific (including China, Japan and Korea). Before joining Stones International, Giuseppe worked for 6 years as the Practice Group Leader, Consumer & Retail for a well-known boutique search firm, focusing on the major Asian markets. Prior to joining the executive search industry in 2001, Giuseppe was engaged in the fashion & luxury industry. He began his career in Paris, France with a Franco-Canadian FMCG group. In 1996, he moved to Hong Kong working for the Benetton Group, where he was responsible for production planning and distribution of Benetton accessories and travel goods. Subsequently, Giuseppe joined Fila Group as Project Planning Manager. During his tenure, he helped to set up the production and distribution of watches under the Fila brand. In 1999, Giuseppe joined the German Group EganaGoldpfeil (listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange), and was responsible for the development and worldwide distribution of one of the group's key watch brands. Giuseppe, an Italian national, is fluent in Italian, French and English. He graduated in Political Science with major in International Economics from Padua University, Italy.
