biography
Katerina's principal activity is focused on Executive Search at the senior level. She is an expert in the Pharmaceutical Industry, with a focus on Medical positions; in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods market with a range of successful placements in Marketing, Finance, HR and Operations; and in Retail with established international fashion clients.
She is a Partner at Cornerstone South East Europe, based in Athens and working also in Istanbul and Geneva.
Previous Experience
Katerina joined Cornerstone Athens in 2007 as Senior Consultant and has been a Partner since 2009. Previously, she worked for Coca-Cola Hellas for five years in HR and Marketing roles and from September 2004 she held the position of Region HR Services Manager for Greece, Cyprus and Malta. Prior to that, she worked for BP Hellas as HR Advisor for three years and as Product Manager for Candy Hellas for one year.
Katerina was born in France and studied in Greece and England. She holds an MBA from Cardiff University of Wales, UK and a BSc in Statistics from Piraeus University of Economics and Business.
Additional Activities
Katerina is a certified Interview Trainer, qualified to conduct the Cornerstone Assessment centers and is a practicing Executive and Performance Coach. She is a former national-level volleyball player.
