Mr. Dale Meier

biography

Mr. Meier’s search practice has included an extensive array of top executive and general management disciplines, through Directors and Trustees. His client relationships reflect a high ratio of repeat assignments, and in recent years, his emphasis has been on manufacturing and supply chain operations, not-for-profit, and governmental services.

Mr. Meier has represented companies on the “Fortune 500” list, as well as a diverse cross section of mid-cap and small-cap businesses throughout the U.S., including those found in smaller and more remote communities. In his career, Mr. Meier has represented numbers Boards and search committees. His early experience was in education, and academic consulting, and professional sports. With over 25 years as an executive search consultant, Mr. Meier offers a strong list of client and professional references. He has published articles and presented papers on “The Executive Search Process,” and has also published creative work on “career change strategies for senior executives.” Externally, Mr. Meier has been a member of the International Association of Corporate and Professional Recruiters, the Human Resources Management Association of Greater St. Louis, the American College of Counselors, and the American Vocational Association. His board memberships and advisory relationships have included a university foundation and several academic, religious, and community service organizations. He earned a B.S. in Marketing and an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Southeast Missouri State University where he is an Alumni Merit Award recipient.
