A Senior Partner at Amrop, Dr. Prasad Medury's skills are underpinned by over two decades of management experience in Technology and Education. With a solid reputation of managing senior level relationships and delivering creative client solutions across markets and businesses, he has a demonstrable, time-tested capacity to build high performance leadership teams. In his previous role as Managing Director of SGI, he is credited with its growth and the strategic development of its business across South Asian and other Indo China countries. Prasad has leadership roles in Amrop's Global Technology and Infrastructure Practices His expertise is also leveraged in Life Sciences and Education, as well as in the CIO and R&D Practices (Amrop India). Dr. Medury has represented SGI India on various forums - the Information Technology Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in India (since 2000), the Confederation of Indian Industry (since 2005) and as the Chairperson of the Convergence Committee of the Indo American Chamber of Commerce in India. He has already completed his term as Regional President of the Indo American Chamber of Commerce (Northern Region) and is currently serving as a member of the National Executive Council of Indo American Chamber of Commerce. Prasad earned his MBA degree followed by a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati, Ohio. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He started his career at University of Kentucky, School of Business Administration as Assistant Professor.
