Steve McKinney established McKinney Consulting Inc. in 2001 and is headquartered in Seoul, South Korea. McKinney is an executive search firm serving Fortune 500 clients. Their focus is on placing high quality middle-senior level, bi-lingual candidates in a variety of functions and industries in Korea and Asia-wide for multinational companies. The main industries covered are automotive, consumer goods, financial services, insurance, IT and manufacturing industries.

Prior to managing the team at McKinney Consulting he had a distinguishing career of more than twelve years in senior positions within the leading athletic companies Adidas and Reebok in the USA, Korea and global responsibilities.

Mr. McKinney is a frequent guest lecturer on leadership talent, management and cross-cultural topics at major universities in Korea including Seoul National University business school, Ewha University and others. Mr. McKinney is also an author of more than fifty articles on various multinational leadership topics for newspapers, magazines, websites and other media.
