Ms. Stephanie McGuire

Based in Boston, Stephanie McGuire is our Manager of Strategic Relationships. Stephanie is responsible for driving the firm’s corporate identity, branding initiatives, supporting key ChampionScott Partner clients and managing public relations. She provides business development, search execution and pre-sales support to our team. In addition to her marketing functions, she is accountable for the identification and development of candidates during the search process.

Prior to joining ChampionScott Partners, Stephanie was an associate at Robert Half International, the world’s first and largest specialized staffing firm. Working from Robert Half’s New York office, she was a sales top producer managing recruitment and account management. She held a critical role in her division and was a key player to its growth in the marketplace. Stephanie earned her Bachelors Degree from the University at Albany in New York.
