As the Director of Recruiting for CareerSoar, Mr. Bruce McGinnis brings forth a wealth of experience as a successful owner/operator of a full service, contingency recruiting agency that specialized in Information Technology and Manufacturing Support (Operations, Accounting, Engineering, Human Resources, and Quality Assurance) Recruiting. Mr. McGinnis acquired his B.S. and M.B.A. from Virginia Tech and spent 15 years with a major corporation, with the last five years being spent in managing a $50 million dollar business segment. He is a published author in the fields of banking, insurance and manufacturing; and has served as a guest lecturer at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. Throughout his career, Mr. McGinnis has successfully placed candidates throughout the entire United States and he strives to deliver personalized, individualized service to both clients and candidates.
