Joseph McElmeel is Chairman & CEO of Brooke Chase Associates, Inc. a Retained Executive Search firm specializing it recruiting professionals for manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, builders and developers within the building products, kitchen & bath, decorative and rough plumbing, and lawn and garden industries.

Joe's prior career included senior level executive positions at Eaton (Yale Lock & Hardware Division), Ideal Security Hardware, Folger Adam Company, and Williams Company. Joe is also past president of the National Association of Executive Recruiters, past president of The Executive Recruiters Round Table, and a past board member of the Illinois Association of Personnel Consultants. He is a member of the National Kitchen & Bath Association, Kitchen Cabinel Manufacturers Association, and the World Visions Storehouse.

He is also active in numerous civic and charitable organizations: Economic Development Commission of Sarasota County, Sarasota Chamber of Commerce, The CEO Forum of Sarasota, Mercy Home for Boys & Girls, Muscular Dystrophy Association, The Republicans Club of Longboat Key.
