She has a PHD in Management from Anahuac Mexico University, degree in Human Development and Leadership, in addition to a degree in Industrial Relations from the Anahuac Mexico University.



She is currently a member of Delta Top Talent, international consulting firm specializing in executive search and selection of premier businesses.



She has been CEO of Laboro 50/50, specializes in linking executives over 50 companies to be hired as temporary advisers, director of the Institute for Applied Research in Business, Associate Director and Head of Consulting firm Horton International organization in which she was responsible for the area of consultancy firm on issues of Corporate Social Responsibility, Business Ethics, Corporate Governance and Human Resources.



She has been part of the team of professionals of Ashoka Social Entrepreneurs, AC and Appleseed Mexico, AC, in support of community leaders and civil society.



She published the book "The Government Entities Organized Civil Society", published by the Centre for Excellence in Corporate Governance, in addition to research articles and broadcast on the subject of private welfare institutions in Mexico, Corporate Social Responsibility, Human resources and the Nonprofit Sector in Mexico, in academic journals, newspapers and magazines nationwide.



She has lectured and academic for over 10 years giving issues related to Human Resources, Leadership, Corporate Social Responsibility, Business Ethics and Social Investment Projects Impact chairs.
