biography
Marcello has been a Partner in Amrop since 2003. With 30 years of experience in Technology and Media he has a powerful track record recruiting senior managers for local and multinational companies – with a special focus in ICT, Manufacturing and Life Sciences.
Prior to joining Amrop, Marcello worked for Heidrick & Struggles subsequent to ten years in Executive Search at TASA International and TMP Worldwide as Partner.
He began his career at Honeywell Information Systems Italy where, from 1981 to 1990, he was Human Resources Director.
Marcello holds an Honors Degree in Economics & Statistics from the University of Rome.
