Mr. Peter Mannarino

biography

Peter Mannarino has more than 14 years of recruiting experience in the Mortgage and Banking Industry. His career in recruiting began in 1991, when he relocated to South Florida from Long Island, New York. Shortly after arriving in South Florida, Peter joined Prism Mortgage as their Recruiting Manager. Within a 3-year period, he helped increased their sales from $27 Million to over $500 Million and was featured on the cover of Origination News Magazine.

Peter has experience recruiting both in a corporate role and in agency settings. After leaving Prism Mortgage (Royal Bank of Canada), Peter remained in corporate recruiting as a Recruiting Manager for HomeBanc Mortgage Corporation. He recruited for sales and operational positions in multiple South Florida locations, from Palm Beach to Miami.

After six years as a corporate recruiter, Peter joined DHR International, a retained executive search firm, as a Senior Executive Recruiter. His major corporate clients included Burger King, Miller Brewing Company, and Hard Rock Café worldwide. Following a consolidation, DHR International closed its Florida operations; Peter turned down DHR’s offer to relocate him to Chicago and accepted a position in South Florida as a Senior Recruiter for Bank Atlantic.

Peter has developed a local and national expertise in executive recruiting. He learned the importance of teamwork and attention to detail very early on, while serving in the U.S. Navy as an air traffic controller on the U.S.S. Ranger C.V. 61. Peter prides himself on being able to provide world-class service to clients at all levels.
