Luigi Mancioppi is Chairman and Partner of Amrop in Italy. Luigi joined Amrop Italy (Amrop D&G) in 1987 as a Partner and he has been Managing Partner of the company until 2013. He is a member of Amrop's global Automotive & Industrial, Consumer Goods & Retail and Professional Services Practices. Luigi started his career in Human Resources with IBM in Italy and in the United States. He held the senior position of Employee Relations Manager for Marketing Personnel at IBM. Later on, he was Personnel Director, Southern Europe, of GE Information Services and Director of Personnel and Organization for the fine chemical activities of the ENI Group. Luigi has carried out more than 300 projects in his Executive Search career. Luigi holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Pavia. He is fluent in Italian and English.
