Maisa Maion is a Partner at Amrop Panelli Motta Cabrera. She began her career in Human Resources working for companies as Unilever and Siemens. In 2006, she entered to the executive search field by joining Fesa, a Brazilian firm, where she remained for seven years and reached the Vice President & Partner position. Maisa concentrates experience in the industrial practice, most specially in segments as Mining, Metals, Pulp & Paper, Chemical, Petrochemical, Automotive, Transportation, Logistics, Capital Goods and Building Materials. She also has relevant experience in the Agribusiness. She holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas and concluded the MBA program of Business School São Paulo. She is fluent in English.
