Mike Maffei is the Founding Partner of AlediumHR, a healthcare recruiting and executive search firm serving organizations throughout the United States and Canada. He brings more than 30 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, operations, and executive leadership.

Before founding AlediumHR in 2020, Mike held senior leadership roles with nationally recognized organizations including The Home Depot, Caterpillar Financial, Sodexo/Circles, and Staffmark Group. His experience on both the hiring and recruiting sides gives him a practical understanding of what healthcare employers need from a search partner and what separates a qualified candidate from a successful long-term hire.

Mike leads searches across healthcare executive leadership, physicians, clinical and non-clinical operations, life sciences, and healthcare technology. At AlediumHR, he has helped build an alternative to traditional percentage-based recruiting through fixed-fee search, Recruitment-as-a-Subscription, AI-supported sourcing, and placement guarantees of up to 24 months.
