As the leader and founder of this very specialized and respected organization, Dawn MacKinnon`s 25 year professional career is highlighted with senior-level hands-on experience within the Transportation, Logistics and Supply Chain industries. Her areas of expertise include: Senior Management, Sales, Operations, Finance, Warehouse Management Systems, Transportation Management Systems and HR consulting.

Dawn`s lively, inquisitive personality ensures effective communication on all levels as she displays a friendly and distinct approach to Executive Recruitment. She is a dynamic Executive who concentrates on creating strong and productive relationships with clients and candidates to progressively achieve their goals for growth and success.

Dawn has completed the Executive Certificate Program at Schulich School of Business in Supply Chain and Logistics Management. Dawn is a certified NLP practitioner and has graduated with distinction from the post graduate program in HR Management at Conestoga College.

Dawn specializes in business development, coaching and establishing relationships. She is driven by possibility, the desire to achieve more, success and the desire for a well balanced life. She is a persistent, honest entrepreneur who is curious, open minded and seeks and seizes opportunities. She is passionate about putting the right people together, creating mosaics, wreaths and cement sculptures. She is a mentor who supports others in their success and loves to help others fulfill their dreams. Dawn is an advocate for Foster Parents Plan and she, along with her family, sponsor a foster child named Alfie in Africa. She supports Amnesty International, MADD, Children’s Wish Foundation and a Christmas Hamper Delivery program. She spends her free time renovating and enjoys playing a round of golf, dining with friends and watching a good movie. She especially enjoys relaxing at the cottage with a good book.
