biography

Sylvia has over twenty-five years of business experience and has held senior management positions in marketing and communications. She has worked with a variety of marketing companies including Unilever, Coca Cola, Procter & Gamble, and Reckitt Benckiser. During her years, on the front line in corporate roles, Sylvia was credited with hiring and developing effective teams that contributed to the company's bottom line.

Working on both the Client side and the agency side of the business, Sylvia has also worked with major retailers, such as Sears, Shoppers Drug Mart, and Canadian Tire. She has an Honours BA in Communications and has been a Search Consultant for over fifteen years. Sylvia specializes in senior sales, marketing, operations, human resources and general executive management roles. By consistently delivering against mandates, Sylvia has built very deep, long lasting client relationships that have resulted in a very broad practice.
