biography
Jean-Michel has been in Executive Search since 1991 and is an Equity Partner of Hoffman & Associates. He joined the firm in 1998 after having worked as Division Manager for an international recruitment firm specialised in financial executives. For this same company, he started up and developed a sales and marketing practice in 1996. Prior to Executive Search, Jean-Michel worked as an Audit Manager with KPMG Peat Marwick in Luxembourg. With Hoffman & Associates, Jean-Michel has completed search assignments in a variety of business sectors, mainly consumer goods, industrial, financial and professional services, and life sciences. He holds a Master in Business Administration from HEC-ULg (Liège) and is fluent in French, Dutch, English and German. Languages Spoken French, English, Dutch, German
