Icy Lu has over six years of experience in recruiting and selection of executives. She began her career as a researcher for Chemical and Construction industry and joined Cornerstone Chengdu in 2010 as a Project Consultant for the executive search division. She was promoted to her current position as Consultant and Team Leader of Chengdu Office.
With her science background, she accumulated extensive experience recruiting for the Industrial & Chemical & Packaging business.
Icy closely follows both clients and candidates, and provides step by step and practical support to ensure win-win situations for both parties.
