biography

Janet founded Integrity Search, Inc. in 1995, following 15 years of experience in both executive search and communication. Janet was convinced that the best of both fields could be combined in a unique search company that would apply the fundamentals of good communication to the search process. Toward this end, Integrity Search has evolved into a communication company that specializes in executive search.

Janet provides both strategic leadership and hands-on consulting for the firm’s diverse national client base of corporations and management consulting companies. Representative client organizations include Watson Wyatt Worldwide, PricewaterhouseCoopers, The Segal Company, Compaq Financial Services, Lucent Technologies and The Vanguard Group.

Janet speaks publicly and offers strategic advice to individuals who are making job transitions. She taught a course on interviewing skills at the University of Pennsylvania and contributed a chapter on executive search firms to Negotiate Your Job Offer, published by John Wiley & Sons.

Prior to starting Integrity Search, Inc., Janet was a principal with a large, Washington, DC-based executive search firm, where she founded a full-service communication practice. She is credited with developing an organizational model for client relationship-building there and for implementing innovative approaches to team training and recruiting.

Previously, Janet was a marketing and communication leader within both corporate and agency settings. Most recently, she was a global marketing director for The Franklin Mint. She holds a degree in English Literature, summa cum laude, from Adelphi University in Garden City, New York.
