About 15 years prior to joining the Leadership Capital Group team in 2009, Carolyn founded Livingstone Partners Inc., an integrated recruitment process solutions firm which has excelled in early stage search strategy development, candidate identification and candidate development. Through her business, she has worked with multiple large and boutique executive search industry leaders including three of the five largest global executive search firms. Her combination of consulting for global search firms and blue chip corporate clients keeps Carolyn abreast of recruitment best practices and trends, allowing her to consistently exceed client expectations.

Carolyn has worked across virtually all business sectors, with recent success in hospitality, consumer products and services, professional services, healthcare, financial services and wealth management, information technology, media, manufacturing and natural resources, human capital and not-for-profit. Carolyn is committed to providing an international focus to her work. Her search work has spanned the U.S. and Canada, the Caribbean, South America, the UK, Middle East & Africa and Australia. Prior to joining the executive search industry, Carolyn worked in corporate recruiting within the technology sector. She earned a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from Queen's University.
