After 5 years in the staffing industry as a recruiter and manager, John ventured out with two of his colleagues to start ProHire in 2008. His vision was to build an organization where employees genuinely took ownership of the company they were helping to create.

Although John is adept in recruiting for various positions, his niche is in Sales, Sales Management, and mid-level to C-level executive appointments.
