Sylvia offers over fifteen years of experience working in the global technology industry, including expertise in brand management, co-marketing, partnerships, channel distribution, and retail sales operations. Prior to joining PCI’s search team, Ms. Lin served as Sr. Corporate Marketing Manager for global operations at SiS (Silicon Integrated Systems); Sylvia also brings roughly 5 years of marketing expertise from AMD(Advanced Micro Devices) and 3 years with Logitech Far East Ltd. Sylvia Lin knows what kinds of employee qualities and standards are required by world-class IT companies because she’s worked in them herself. Ms. Lin brings candidates and clients at PCI Executive Search Consultants a vocational understanding of marketing and sales work in the Greater China region, and she is fluent in Mandarin Chinese, Taiwanese, and English languages.
