Oliver Liegel is Managing Partner at Ginkgo Search Partners, an executive search boutique specializing in leadership hiring for international companies in China.

With more than 15 years of executive search experience across Europe and Asia, Oliver advises multinational corporations and internationally operating mid-sized companies on executive search, leadership hiring, talent mapping, market intelligence, and talent acquisition strategies in Greater China.

Prior to joining Ginkgo Search Partners, Oliver worked for leading international executive search firms in Berlin and Beijing, where he was a member of the Automotive, Industrial, Logistics, and Professional Services practice groups.

His industry expertise includes Automotive, Industrial Manufacturing, Machinery & Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Technology, and Professional Services. He specializes in executive search and leadership hiring for General Managers, Managing Directors, Country Managers, Business Heads, and other senior executives for international organizations operating in China.

Oliver has successfully completed executive search assignments for multinational corporations, internationally operating mid-sized companies, and global market leaders across a wide range of industries. In addition to executive search, he supports clients with competitor mapping, market intelligence, and leadership talent assessments.

Oliver studied International Economics at the University of Applied Sciences Bremen and the Université Jean Moulin in Lyon, France. He subsequently completed postgraduate studies in Human Resources Management at the Free University Berlin.

He is fluent in German, English, and French and has working knowledge of Chinese and Italian.
