Aline is a Vice President & Partner at Fesa responsible for conducting executive search projects in the Financial Services industries such as Banks, Private Equity and Pension Funds and Law Firms. She is the focal point for the recruitment in portfolio companies within the Private Equity Sector. Prior to joining Fesa, Aline was the Country Manager of Veremonte Brazil, and was Chairman and Member of the Board of invested companies, both listed and privately held. With over 10 years of experience in the Financial Sector, Aline worked at the Corporate & Investment Banking and Treasury areas of financial institutions, such as Santander, Citibank, BBVA and Deutsche Bank. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Escola de Administração de Empresas de São Paulo (EAESP-FGV), and a Master’s degree in Economics from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC -RJ). Her thesis won the ANBID prize for Capital Markets. She is a native speaker of Portuguese, fluent in English and Spanish and has good command of French.
