biography
Principal and a Co-founder of Advantage Talent, Inc. He is a Certified Public Account (CPA) who has
extensive experience in finance and accounting. Michael started his career as a Senior Consultant with Deloitte and eventually
started his own Public Accounting Firm which was merged with Gifford, Hillegass, and Ingwersen.
During Michael's career, he was a Managing Principal at Oracle and has served in the capacity of CFO for both a public and a
private company. Michael's work has focused on business performance improvement ranging from revenue enhancement to cost
reduction and the use of technology as an enabler in these areas. Before co-founding Advantage Talent,Inc., Michael was Division
Director of a National Staffing Firm.
Michael has been a featured speaker on the WSB "Money Matters" talk show, and has presented to groups at Oracle Applications
Users Group Conferences. He has spoken before several groups and has published numerous articles covering a wide variety of
topics related to finance and technology. Michael is available for speaking engagements.
