Under my leadership, SharpSearch has become a leading Executive Recruiting Firm on Long Island. We work very closely with some of the most prestigious and visible companies on Long Island and throughout the United States to fill their most critical mid-to-upper level Executive and Technical positions. We have done this by using the innovative concept of Engagement Fee Search, a method that allows our clients to benefit from the advantages of both Retained and Contingent Search.

I have been a dynamic contributor to both the Long Island and Executive Recruiting communities. In 1988, Sharp became a Charter Member of Top Echelon, the largest and most effective Network of Recruiters in the United States. In addition, we are a proud and active Founding Member of LISTnet (Long Island Software and Technology Network.) I am also an active member of the National Association of Mother's Centers (NAMC) Leadership Committee and a former member of the Board of Directors of the Urban League of Long Island.
