biography
Mr. Lee has been in executive search since 1996 and became a Representative Director and a Managing Partner of Amrop Korea in 2001. Before joining the Amrop Group, he was the Managing Director of Norman Broadbent International affiliate in Korea with extensive experience in senior level executive search consulting in healthcare and pharmaceutical, automotive and industrial, financial services, consumer, professional services /consulting and high technology sectors. He is also a member of the Amrop Group’s Automotive and Industrial Practice Group. His early career includes experience in asset management, foreign exchange trading, treasury marketing, treasury management at Citibank, Standard Chartered Bank, Security Pacific National Bank and Pacific Life Insurance. In addition to his long experience of about 15 years in financial services industry, he has also worked for Trigem System Integration and Unisys Korea as a System Integration consultant serving clients in numerous financial services companies. HB holds a bachelor’s degree in International Trading/Economics from Sogang University, Seoul Korea.
