Leah Laxamana manages the support staff, scheduling and partner relationships which forms the execution infrastructure of the firm, and assists on search execution as needed. An invaluable resource to clients, candidates and our principals, Leah works closely with our clients to coordinate search execution and ensure that the diverse needs of candidates, search committees and boards are satisfied.

Leah served with the Peace Corps in Honduras providing community and youth development services, with the executive search firm Korn Ferry International, as a principal with a graphics design firm, and in various capacities in business and nonprofit organizations. She has been an active supporter of Little Brother Friends of the Elderly, Christian Foundation for the Children and Aging, Abada Capoeira, SFJAZZ and the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts.

Leah speaks Spanish, Tagalog and Capampangan, and holds a BA in Social Sciences with a minor in Hispanic Studies from Ateneo de Manila University. She also holds a certification in Design for Print from San Francisco State University's Multimedia Studies Program.
