biography
Ben Lan is the Managing Director of Cornerstone International Group and Chief Advisor of Cornerstone CEO Committee (CCC). CCC is a CEO mentoring service to empower and assist CEOS to achieve more in China.
Ben was previously CEO of Vistage China, where he launched various CEO peer-facilitation programs in China.
He also pioneered executive search practices in China, where he founded Standard Talent Management in 1994. Being a hands-on professional leader, he has personally assessed and placed hundreds of senior executives for both multinational companies and local businesses.
In 2003, Standard Talent was merged with Manpower Inc., one of the largest human resources services company in the United States. This led to a new joint venture company: Manpower-Standard Human Resources and subsequently Ben was appointed Executive Director to lead the overall operation in China.
Ben successfully transformed Manpower-Standard Human Resources into a well respected market leader, supported by 750 consultants. During the period of his leadership from 2003 to 2005, sales revenue grew 15 fold and business expanded to 19 cities across China.
