Tom Lamson is the Placement Manager with Babich and Associates overseeing Architecture, Design, Construction, Engineering and Commercial Development in the DFW area. Babich and Associates was established in 1952 and is the oldest placement and recruitment service in Texas. It is the #1 contingency and placement firm in the DFW area, as recognized by the Dallas Ft. Worth Business Journal.
After graduating with a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington, Tom served in the US Navy Submarine Force as a Sonar Officer. After spending a few years in the Engineering field, Tom began his career in recruiting over 14 years ago. Tom was a partner in a placement firm prior to joining Babich and Associates 5 years ago. He has served on several national, state and local association boards for the recruiting industry and is also a Certified Personnel Consultant, CPC.
