biography
After his education at the Naval Academy, and obtaining a degree in Law, an MBA (IAE), and an HEC executive MBA, Marc began his career as a French Naval Officer (submarines) based in Polynesia. He then became manager of a submarine building site in the North Sea with Shell and Comex, and further roles in the shipbuilding, aeronautics, space, automotive equipment and defense sectors. Since 1987, as a CEO, he has led a number of medium-sized companies through crisis management, restructuring for French and European companies. He is also a non-executive director of several companies and a member of the IFA, an independent board member association. He represents Eurosearch & Associés Management de Transition as a partner-member of FNMT (Fédération Nationale du Management de Transition).
