Kimberly Kueser joined MSA Executive Search, an Integrated Healthcare Strategies practice, in 2000. Kim has extensive experience recruiting executives for various industries. Receiving several awards for excellence in recruiting, Kim has developed specific expertise in e-cruiting.
Kim’s initial focus at MSA Executive Search was coordinating research activities and partnering with Integrated Healthcare Strategies senior consulting staff in designing and executing targeted searches for leadership positions in client organizations nationwide. Kim supports the executive search process through the identification, development and maintenance of a current network of healthcare executives and organizations.
Kim played an instrumental role in the development of the MSA SearchDIRECT practices and methodologies. MSA SearchDIRECT is a streamlined retained search process for critical Director-level and manager positions within healthcare organizations.
Kim received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Missouri–Kansas City.
