Founding and Managing Partner of the company. Harald joined Amrop as Partner in 2001 and has worked with Executive Search since 1996. Prior to Executive Search his experience includes management consulting (Capgemini) and managerial positions in both private and public sector. Harald has a strong reputation as a top level advisor for a sustainable portfolio of reputed Norwegian and international clients across a broad spectrum of industries. He has extensive experience leading multi-country assignments, management reviews, board searches and board reviews. Harald holds a BA in Management and Naval operations from the Royal Norwegian Naval Academy.
