biography
Kristian joined Amrop's Oslo office as Associate Partner in November 2012. Previously, Kristian was an Associate Principal with McKinsey & Company in Stockholm and Oslo. At McKinsey & Company, Kristian was part of the EMEA leadership team within the Marketing and Sales practice where he focused on B2B Commercial Excellence programs across a broad specter of industries. Previous to this, Kristian was part of the Corporate Finance practice in Stockholm serving PE and Industrial companies in M&A situations. He has extensive experience advising and assisting senior Executives to build the right teams to deliver on large-scale transformation programs in global organizations. Kristian covers multiple industries including high-tech, telecom, private equity, financial services and professional services. Kristian holds a MSc in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from The Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
