Nancy possesses over 20 years of experience in the diagnostics healthcare industry. She leads the Life Sciences Practice for Salveson Stetson Group and has performed retained searches in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors for the past seven years. Her search expertise includes research, recruiting and client management skills. Nancy has worked with start-up organizations as well as mid-sized and large pharmaceutical companies, domestically and internationally, placing senior level executives across technical functions and therapeutic areas. Nancy's primary focus has been on leadership positions in Discovery, Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Compliance and Regulatory Affairs. Her technical background, industry knowledge and global network allow her to build strong relationships with candidates and client companies. Nancy brings a diversified background in strategic customer relationship management and business operations management to her search practice. She spent ten years with Dade Behring in various business and sales operations roles for this global medical diagnostics company. Prior to Dade, Nancy spent six years with E.I. DuPont de Nemours, where she was responsible for sales and business development of a bench-top chemistry system in the alternate care market. Nancy was very successful in developing a niche market strategy for this analyzer in the veterinary market within Pennsylvania. Nancy began her career in diagnostics for the Syva Company where she was responsible for growing and supporting business development in the Therapeutic and Drugs of Abuse consumable business. Nancy moved into diagnostic instrument sales with Instrumentation Laboratory where she successfully sold blood gas, chemistry and hematology equipment. Nancy received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Medical Technology from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science. She completed her clinical study at the Bryn Mawr Hospital School of Medical Technology. Nancy holds a Master's Degree in Management and Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University.
