biography
Pii has extensive experience working in global multinational companies in different industry sectors such as telecommunications, mobile devices, consumer packaging and stainless steel. Having experienced several large scale industrial transformations, she has a broad understanding in areas such as organization design, strategy creation and implementation as well as a deep interest in performance culture and leadership. She has also acted as mentor on several occasions. She has some two decades of experience of the executive search industry from the client perspective. In her roles of Chief HR Officer, she has overseen a multitude of top executive recruitment and management assessment processes. Pii has a M.Sc (Econ) from the Helsinki School of Economics. She is a member of the Corporate Advisory Board of Aalto University School of Business.
