biography

I have been working as executive search consultant since 2005 and I started my coaching practice in 2010.

I graduated from the Technical University of Budapest, and then I attended various commercial and management courses in Hungary and in the UK. I took my coaching diploma from Dr.Kollár Coaching Institute, member of IACM. (International Association of Coaching and Mediation)

After graduation I worked for multinational companies at various sales positions (sales representative, key account manager, sales director) and I successfully managed teams with typically 5-8 direct reports. Being Board Member of Unilever Hungary for 4 years, I had the chance to learn how multinational companies operate and make decisions.

In 2005 I changed my career path and I have been working as executive search consultant since then. I successfully managed search-selection projects for Hungarian and multinational companies as well. I typically worked on upper mid management and specialist positions. Most of my projects covered the field of FMCG, market research, finance, machinery and automotive production. I speak English and German fluently.

As Certified Innermetrix Consultant I gained several years’ experience in assessing behaviour, motivation and competences of people.
