biography

Beth is a Partner in the Firm, and is Executive Vice President and Managing Practice Director of Prestonwood's Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice Area and the Firm's Financial, Legal, & Professional Services Practice Area. Her expertise includes over 18 years of corporate and consulting experience in these industries. In her role, she manages and develops business with prominent law firms, financial and management consulting institutions, healthcare service providers, life science & biotechnology companies, and organizations delivering technology and products supporting these market sectors.



Prior to joining the Firm in 1999, Beth was Director of Human Resources at Goodwin, Procter LLP. She has also held the roles of Director of Human Resources at Newton-Wellesley Hospital, Assistant Vice President and Director of Human Resources at Northland Investment Corporation, and Senior Consultant and Director of Human Resources at George Beram and Company, Inc. In addition, she has counseled clients in the healthcare, legal, high-tech, financial and professional services industries on strategic organizational, recruitment and management issues.

Beth is responsible for directing client relations, new business development and day-to-day firm operations. She attended the University of New Hampshire and holds a BA in Sociology and Economics. As an active member in the Society of Human Resource Management and the Northeast Human Resources Association, she is currently chairing the Program Committee for their annual conference. Beth is also an active member of the Association of Legal Administrators, the American Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration, and its local chapter, MHHRA. She is also a frequent speaker to numerous organizations on human resource strategies and related issues.
