Mr. Aouni Adel Kawas

biography

Aouni is first and foremost an entrepreneurial network builder. After more than 30 years of experience in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, his international business networks span across all industries and disciplines.

Aouni started his career as an Auditor with Deloitte and quickly settled into his niche, which was sales management at that time. He worked with and consulted to small and medium sized family owned business as well as governments institutions and big international businesses, which includes but is not limited to the delivery of sales training, management consulting, recruitment, executive search and head hunting.

Aouni's passion for doing business in the Middle East and North Africa as well as his understanding of the culture and the unique challenges that businesses face in this region contributed to his successes as well as the vision that he has for Kawas Consulting, of which he is the Managing Partner. Kawas Consulting, render Executive Search and Head Hunting services to Conglomerates, Companies, Renowned Universities, NGO's and Governments operating within the MENA region.
