biography
Ott Karolin is a Managing Director in Amrop Tallinn office, joining the firm in March 2014. Ott has 20 years of working experience in different senior management boards and teams operating in highly dynamic environment, often with bias towards sales and marketing and also HR management. He has been driving culture change, start-up and change management in different organizations in financial, FMCG and real estate sector. Ott has worked in different cultural environments including Scandinavia, Southern Europe, Russia, and Balkans being responsible for various cross-border projects including greenfield start-ups, business expansions, sales and marketing. He has been developing and implementing HR strategy and policies for different business lines and organizations of different size. Ott has obtained Bachelor’s degree (cum laude) from Estonian Agricultural University in Land Reclamation Engineering and EMBA degree from Helsinki School of Economics and Business Administration. He speaks Estonian, English, Finnish and Russian.
