Chanii Kam is a Search Director with Stones International, specializing in the Legal, Regulatory, Risk and Compliance sector across Asia Pacific. Chanii started her career in executive search with a well-known specialized legal and compliance recruitment firm in 2006. She later accepted an offer to join a UK headquartered, global search firm, (which was eventually acquired by a large Private Equity group) and successfully launched their Asia Compliance desk. She then served as Executive Director for a boutique search firm specializing in recruiting legal and compliance professionals across Asia. Focusing exclusively on Compliance, Legal and Regulatory positions in the Financial Services Sector, Chanii has a solid knowledge of the market and a deep understanding of qualities and competencies that both her clients and candidates demand. Chanii has an excellent track record in supporting her clients with mid-to-senior level mandates in Hong Kong, as well as Beijing, Shanghai, Taiwan, Singapore, Dubai. Chanii holds a Bachelors' Degree in Marketing Communications from the University of Oklahoma in the US. She speaks English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
